Trudys Family Favorite Meatloaf

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 teaspoons kosher or sea salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup 2% milk
2 eggs 1/4 cup ketchup
1 cup of your Favorite blend of Trudys original mixed with ground beef
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
Piquant topping
1/4 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of Trudys Original
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon Worcestshire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice or vineagar

Directions:

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 Celsius). Prepare a large baking sheet with the sides by lining it with foil.  Set aside.  If you have a food processor, use it to prepare the vegetables..
  2. In large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients, except for topping, mix thoroughly with your hands.
  3. Place meat mixture onto backing sheet and shape into loaf.  Bake for 45 minutes.  Remove from oven; drian excess grease.  Spoon topping over meatloaf.  Return to oven and back on additional 15-20 minutes.  Remove from oven and set for 10 minutes before slicing.  Serves 10

Trudys Company Beef Casserole

1 1/2 -2 lbs. ground beef
16 oz. egg noodles
16 oz. sour cream
4 cups shredded cheese
10 oz. of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 cup of your favorite Trudys original blends

Directions:
Brown ground beef in skillet, drain, then add spaghetti sauce and your favorite Trudys blend, then add sour cream to your cooked noodles then seperate 9x13 pan layer. Top off with shredded cheese.
* You pre heat oven to 375 degrees
* Cook for 45 minutes or till its golden brown
