If you get up at 6am, you have breakfast at about 7am, a snack at 10am, lunch at 1pm, a snack at 4pm, and diennr at 7pm.If you have a different daily rythm, don't have the meal everyone else is having at the same time as them. You should adjust your meals according to your own rythm.If you get up at 4am, have breakfast at 5am etc. If you get up at noon, it's breakfast at 1pm etc. Was this answer helpful?

Trudy's Tuna Sandwiches

6 oz. can of tuna drained

1 teaspoon of mayo or miracle whip

1 teaspoon of your favorite Trudy's original blend

Mix all together and spread over English muffins

Trudy's Spicy Grilled cheese sandwich

2 tablespoons butter or margarine

4 slices of white bread

2 slices of American cheese

1 roma(plum) tomato, thinly sliced

Trudy's original blend


Heat a large skillet over low heat.  Spread butter or margarine onto one side of two slices of bread.  Place both pieces butter side down in the skillet.  Lay a slice of cheese on one, and top with slices of tomato, onion and 1 teaspoon of one of Trudy's original blends.  Butter one side of the remaining slices of bread and place on top buttered side up.  When the bottoms of the sandwiches are toasted, flip and fry until the other side is brown.
